  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid, insured shipping label and a return packing slip to ensure your moissanite pieces are protected during transit.

  Secure the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original display box and include all authenticity certificates; pack securely inside a shipping box to prevent damage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our gemologists will inspect the item upon arrival to verify its condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
